Big Mills of The South flour milling facility is located in Sibline, Chouf, Lebanon since 1981.

During these past years, Big Mills of the South has survived every obstacle that has faced, including every war on Lebanon, attributed to our committed management, loyal employees and huge wheat storage capacity. In 2006 during the war on South Lebanon we have successfully and bravely worked and have supplied the market with their needs without any shortage in wheat.
Our 30,000 SQM facility consists of three main areas: flour milling, storage silos, warehouses and our corporate headquarters. With a 35,000 MT storage capacity for both wheat and flour, Big Mills of The South is fully equipped with adequate storage to facilitate large quantities.

Big Mills of The South state of the art technology for flour-milling production, along with the automation of mechanical system with Human Machine Interface (the user interface that connects an operator to the controller for an industrial system) to supervise, control and plan production (PLC) accompanied with our highly trained staff; has led us to gain the customer's trust,excellent and consistent high quality end product.
With our long history of working with international suppliers, we proudly became one of the main distributers in Lebanon. We can easily meet the high market demand with our 17 flour silos with 850 MT of storage capacity in addition to our diversified fleet consisting of trucks, pickups and tankers to help the distribution process to be rapid and efficient. Deliveries are available 24 hours a day, 7days a week.
