Quality Control

Quality control is the backbone to Big mills of The South success. Our daily tests using the most technical and modern machines in the cereals sector, fall under 3 main categories: Physical, Chemical, Biological and Rheological. Furthermore, real-time information about the product as it is produced with immediate access to this information, without having to wait for laboratory measurements is possible with us having the In-line NIR DA-7300 from Perten.

A team of qualified QA/QC controllers supervise our facility to ensure our food safety management system (ISO 22000) remains effective and relevant.
